POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Assistant Director of Alumnae Engagement is responsible for coordinating and supporting all aspects of planning and implementation of Reunion and Class programs, with a focus on the young alumnae cohort and student cultivation. The Assistant Director will work with class volunteers, the GOLD (Graduates of the Last Decade) committee, and plan Alumnae Association sponsored events for students. The Assistant Director will manage a team of student workers during Reunion.
Bachelor’s degree required. One to three years of directly related work experience demonstrating strong skills in written and verbal communication, interpersonal relationships; and organizational skills; as well as the ability to multi-task, work with several people with differing styles; enjoy a fast paced environment and to work independently and as part of a team. Strong computer fluency required.
