Director of Diversity, Social Justice, and Inclusion, Pensby Center (Intercultural Affairs)
Responsibilities
Responsible for building significant engagement with students, staff and faculty, as well as student organizations, around issues of diversity, social justice and inclusiveness. Collaborate with the Director of Leadership and Community Development and other college staff, faculty and students to initiate, coordinate, facilitate, review and revise programs.
Requirements
Master’s degree and a minimum of three years of direct experience working with undergraduates in higher education. Requires excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated success engaging and collaborating with people representing diverse backgrounds and experiences. Strong writing and communication skills are also essential.
