Desktop Support Intern
Information Services
Responsibilities
This is a full time, 12-month position. Provide support for desktop computing and associated services such as web, email, remote file storage and networked printing. Support campus computer use, including installation, troubleshooting, and problems resolution with Windows XP, Macintosh OSX, Microsoft Office, etc.
Requirements
Strong commitment to high-quality customer service; ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Preferred: 1-2 years of desktop computing support or equivalent experience. Familiarity with computer lab environments, Help Desk service, and trouble tracking software is a plus.
