Administrative Assistant
Provost's Office
Responsibilities
Suppoprt the daily operations of the Provost's Office and Sponsored Research. Process appointment and renewal letters, maintain files of Faculty CVs, and process faculty travel expenditures and reimbursements. Coordinate information related to chairs and directors of departments, programs and centers in consultation with the Provost.
Requirements
Three years of administrative or secretarial experience in an academic environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills and superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work.
