Two-and-a-half story stucco house with wood trim. Mansard roof.

This was the home and office of Dr. William Warrick (1867-1940). Warrick was a track star at the University of Pennsylvania and later one of the earliest African-Americans to graduate from its medical school. His sister, Meta Warrick Fuller, was a well- known sculptor who studied under Rodin.
