In hall a continued rail stairs to attic story, steps yellow pine, 1 1/4 in. large octagon walnut newell, walnut hand rail...
"The parlor has a large white marble mantel, Gothic with fireboard and register, sunk panel ceiling finished with stucco cornices and centre piece, ceiling of hall and vestibule finished with cornice and centre piece, large folding doors from hall to parlor and also between the library and dining room. Library has a register in the partition wall. The dining room with flu in partition wall with register, a marble shelf mantel, a closet in the partition, ceiling Library and dining room finished with stucco cornice and centre piece, story 12 ft.
"The first story of back building a small entry with private stairs, pantry off back of kitchen stairway, and 2 kitchen doors...Kitchen No. 1 a chimney with cooking range & boiler a closet with 4 doors panel'd, iron dish stand, bells with wires from main house, door and window jambs faced with 4 1/2 in moulding washboards...Kitchen No. 2 has an out door frame same as private stairs, fireplace with gas ovens, story 9 ft.
"Second story divided as on plt, windows 8 lights recessed to floor & panel'd under sills...Room doors with mortise locks, mineral knobs...ceiling of each room and entry with cornice and centre piece, the window at room off front of entry, 10 lights, sash opening down to floor, in each front room a marble mantel shelf with register, a large closet in the partition. Back room over the parlor a large closet & register, back room over the dining room marble mantel shelf, register, and 2 closets in the partition, a private entry communicating with 2nd story of back building, a closed straight stairs of white pine boards to attic story, stairs 2 ft. 8 in wide, story 11 ft.
"Second story of back building divided as on plot, doors same as other part, windows 12 light...story 8 1/2 ft. The bath tub with shower and pipes for hot and cold water, water closet off bathroom.
"The third or attic story divided same as 2nd story, doors the same, windows 4 lights thus
...story 7 ft. 3 in. in entry a closed stairs of white pineboards to observatory with closet under and a 1 1/4 in. door at each. The window at 2nd platform of stairs 8 lights in each front room 2 windows front and one at sides & large closet in the partition. Front room over the library a marble mantel shelf, back room over the ding room 2 windows back and one at the sides & register. Back room over the parlor 2 windows back and one at the side. Mortise locks, mineral knobs at door. a frame observatory on the peak of roof, 10 ft square and 9 1/2 ft story on the inside 3 sash thus

inside plastered and ceiled, yellow pine floor, a 4 pitch tin roof with eaves and cornices projecting about 16 inches, and finished with saw'd brackets, wood cornice and dentals, and a fancy ornament on peak. The main house has a 4 pitch tin roof, tin gutters, eaves and cornice projecting about 3 ft. ...under the eaves and finished with sawed brackets. 4 tin conductors. The two story part has a double pitch tin roof hip'd at the end, eaves projecting about 16 in., tin gutters, and 2 tin conductors, a brick wall at each side of hall running up to roof. House heated by a furnace in the sellar. Gas pipes. Bells.. Mortise locks with mineral knobs at all room doors, hardware of best quality, wood work all well painted, an outside cellar door.
"Four verandas at house, viz. one front, one back, and one at either side. 1 1/4 in. Carolina pine floorboards. Tin roof hip'd at the ends, fancy open pilaster columns, fancy open iron brackets between the columns, eaves and cornice projecting about 1 ft., wood cornices, iron drapery under the cornice, ceiling plastered. House new and built of best materials and workmanship."
