Survey of Francis Huckell’s Three Story Brick house, Situate on the Southeast Corner of Lombard & Fifth Streets, Dimensions, 22 feet by 34 feet, __ First Story, 2 Rooms, neat Mantles, surbase, washboards, 1 Closet, & windows Cased, Marble to one Chimney, 1 Square head folding Sash front door, 12 lights glass 8 x 12 inches, __ Entry, surbase & washboards, __ Arch head front door, neat flat top pediment, Reeded pilasters, ­__ Second Story 2 Rooms, neat Mantles, surbase, washboards, & windows Cased, Marble to Chimney.  Third Story, 3 Rooms, ­_ 2 plain Mantles, washboards, & windows Cased, 1 flight close Strait [sic] Stairs, __ Garret in 2 Rooms, one of them plaistered [sic] the other Not, __ Trap door, Roof hiped [sic] at one Corner, _ 1 Squarehead dormer window 16 lights, glass 7x9 inches, _ Between the Rooms are 2 flights open Newell painted Rampt & Strait handrail [sic] Stairs, Close String, Square balusters, _ 2 floor narrow hear, other floors heart pine boards, _ Glass, 120 lights 11x15. 72do. 10x128, 42 do. 8x10 inches party walls 9 inches, Brick Stud & board partitions, No ash hole, East vacant ground, South a Three Story Brickhouse, Water plenty, with liberty to occupy the same as a Chainmaker Shop but no working by Candle light.
