Beginning at the north Westerly corner of eighteenth and Federal Street hence extending westerly along north side of Federal Street 236 feet 5 7/8  inches to ground now or late of the heirs of William Kirk thence by the same north 40 degrees 59 ½  minutes east 304 feet 6 inches to South side of Ellsworth Street thence along the same Eastwardly 99 feet 5 ¼ inches to South Westerly corner of said Ellsworth and 18th Streets and thence along the westerly side of said 18th Street Southwardly 283 feet 9 ¾ inches to the corner of said Federal Street the place of beginning.
