IDEA Membership (Note: Presenters must be IDEA members)

  • "North" Members (employed): $75
  • "South" Members (and all student, unemployed, or retired): $40
Conference registration:
  • Registration for the full conference $120
  • Day registration-- includes lunch & coffee breaks ($75/day)
Housing and food options:
  • Full time room & board at Bryn Mawr College ($260 for 5 nights). Includes breakfast, lunch, & coffee breaks.

  • Room & Board per night ($52 per night). Includes breakfast, lunch, & coffee breaks.
  • A block of rooms have been reserved at the Radnor Hotel ($139/night) and at the Wayne Hotel ($149/night; includes continental breakfast). If you wish to book a room in one of these hotels, please contact the hotel and request a room in the IDEA conference block.

Note: Individual breakfast passes for day registrations may be purchased at the conference.

  • Opening Reception (Thursday, June 9) Cost: $30
  • Banquet (Friday, June 10) Cost: $40
  • Field Trip (Sunday, June 12) Cost: $30 (includes transportation and lunch)
