Laptop and Multimedia Equipment Circulation

Information Services provides a variety of multimedia and technology equipment for the use of current Bryn Mawr students, faculty, and staff.

• Digital cameras, camcorders, webcams, cassette recorders and more

Laptops and multimedia equipment circulates for four days at a time with no renewals. 

Laptops are available on a first-come, first served basis whenever the Help Desk is open. You may not reserve a laptop. Each time a borrower checks out a laptop, he or she will be required to sign a form to verify they are aware of the rules for borrowing the laptop. This form will be kept on file for staff reference.

Other multimedia equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis whenever the Circulation Desk is open. You may not reserve multimedia equipment.

Please note:

Overdue laptops, cameras, etc. will accrue a fine of $25 per day.  Returned laptops will not be available until they have undergone routine maintenance.  Prompt returns ensure prompt maintenance, and the greatest laptop availability for all borrowers.
