Laptop and Multimedia Equipment Circulation

Information Services provides a variety of multimedia and technology equipment for the use of current Bryn Mawr students, faculty, and staff. 

The following equipment is available for loan at the Help Desk:

• Laptops (with built-in DVD-CDRW drives and wireless internet)

The following equipment is available for loan at the TECH Bar:

• Digital cameras, camcorders, webcams, cassette recorders and more

More about the lending program

 

Laptops and multimedia equipment circulates for four days at a time with no renewals.  An available item may be checked out any time Canaday is open.  Each borrower will be asked to sign a one-time form to verify that they are aware of the rules for borrowing a laptop or multimedia item.  This form will be kept on file for staff reference.

Please note:

Overdue laptops, cameras, etc. will accrue a fine of $25 per day.  Returned laptops will not be available until they have undergone routine maintenance.  Prompt returns ensure prompt maintenance, and the greatest laptop availability for all borrowers.
