Digital Collections

Digital Collections at Bryn Mawr College feature materials such as photographs, maps, newspapers, letters, reports and other media from Special Collections and Visual Resources at Bryn Mawr College. Many of the databases and repositories that house these collections are created as part of the Tri-College Digital Initiatives and also include materials from Haverford and Swarthmore Colleges as well. The collections emphasize rare and unique materials as well as archival materials related to the history of the College.

Find college yearbooks (1901-1949), annual Reports of the President to the Board of Directors (1884-1997), early issues of student literary magazines (Fortnightly Philistine, Tipyn O'Bob, Counterpoint, The Title), college calendars and course guides, and the Alumnae Association Report/Quarterly/Bulletin (1892-1940). We've also uploaded a selection of older publications in the public domain, including an extensive collection of books about women and crime, as well as some other volumes that have been digitized upon request.

Triptych is a digital initiative of the Bryn Mawr, Haverford, and Swarthmore College Libraries that features digitized versions of collections owned by Special Collections at Bryn Mawr College, Haverford College Quaker and Special Collections, Swarthmore College Peace Collection, and Friends Historical Library at Swarthmore College. This includes letters, ephemera, scrapbooks, photo albums, images, book plates and more. It also includes archival materials from all three colleges.
