Click on the link that reads 'Forgot your Password'
This
will take you to a page with a form entitled 'Find User With User
Name' and another entitled 'Find User(s) With Email'. Enter your
information in the latter of these two fields. This form is rather
picky and you may have to try several times before succeeding.
A few things to keep in mind: 1. Enter information in all three fields.
2. Capitalize the first letters of your first and last names.
3. Enter your full e-mail address (including the @brynmawr.edu
part).
4. Make sure to use the name the Registrar would have on file
for you. (i.e. no nicknames)
When
you succeed in finding yourself in the system, your user ID should
appear in the next page as a link, preceeded by bmc. (if you are
a Bryn Mawr student). Click on this link and your request for a
new password will be processed. In a few moments, an e-mail message
will be sent to you containing a link to a 'Change Password' screen.
When
you reach this screen, enter a new password in both fields and click
the 'Submit' button. Your password is now reset and you may use
it to log-in to Blackboard. If you run into trouble, please contact
Laura Blankenship or another campus Blackboard administrator.
