Our Language Teaching Assistant Workshop for German, French and Spanish will runs from Thursday, August 27^th through Saturday, August 29^th 2009. Our first session will start at 9:30 a.m. in Thomas Hall 104. There will be refreshments available at 9:00 a.m., also in Thomas 104. We will provide you with a more detailed schedule at the time, but know that in order to prepare you for your task we will have training sessions each day from 9:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. with appropriate breaks for lunch and coffee (see tentative schedule).

If you want to be considered for a TA position follow the instructions below :

• Contact the instructor in charge of your language to let her/him know you are planning to apply

• Download and complete the Application Form (see below) and send it back via e-mail to the instructor in charge of your language (same as above) by May 1^st.

• Once you receive notification (by e-mail) that your application has been reviewed and you have been selected to participate in the workshop, download and complete the Registration Form. This form must be returned to Agnès Peysson-Zeiss via e-mail as soon as possible, but no later than July 7^th. She will need the information on the form to make the necessary arrangements with Student Services for accommodation and meals, especially for those of you who will be residing on Campus.
