Both programs have a strong focus on understanding "best practices" through experiential learning techniques.Our curriculum challenges both seasoned and new leaders to advance their skills and put the information learned into immediate practice. The Nonprofit Executive Leadership Certificate Program is designed to meet the professional needs of executive leaders in nonprofit and public organizations. It is targeted to members of the executive team, such as CEOs, executive directors, vice presidents, deputy directors, COOs, CFOs, directors of strategic initiatives, and department or division heads.
The Nonprofit Ascending Leadership Certificate Program offers a curriculum that supports middle managers in developing the knowledge and skills to move from managing a program or a department to leading an organization. It is designed for middle management staff with at least three years of supervision
experience who are seeking to move up to the executive level.
