Applicants must hold a senior management position, such as Chief Operating Officer, Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer, Deputy Director, or Vice President. In some cases, directors of divisions or directors of development are accepted, based on their roles as senior managers in their organizations.
Fellows are drawn from many different sectors in the nonprofit and philanthropic communities, such as health, education, human services, housing, economic development, public law, and the environment.
Consultants are not eligible to apply to this program.

The Executive Certificate Program is a 10-day program, held over eight months.
There are five training sessions.
The training dates are noted below: Each training seminar runs from
9 AM - 5 PM.

All classes are held at Bryn Mawr College's Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research, 300 Airdale Road, Bryn Mawr, Pa 19101
We accept 25 Fellows in each cohort.
The application deadline has been extended to March 29, 2013.
The tuition for this program is $5,750.
Limited scholarships are available to candidates with the greatest need who are employees of nonprofit organizations based in the following five counties: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia.
You are required to submit a Nomination Letter from your current employer, or a recent employer if you recently changed jobs. If you would like to submit a second Nomination Letter from an additional boss or a colleague, you may elect to do so.
Students receive continuting education credits for the Executive Leadership Program.
We are not able to offer housing. We will help you identify accomodations that are convenient to campus.
