The Executive Leadership Certificate Program

The Nonprofit Executive Leadership Certificate is designed to meet the professional needs of executive directors and senior staff of nonprofit and public organizations, such as vice presidents, deputy directors, COOs, CFOs, directors of strategic initiatives, and department or division heads.

Our curriculum challenges both seasoned and new leaders to advance their skills and put the information learned into immediate practice. The NELI curriculum features four major components that ensure personal and professional growth, that are described below:
Executive Coaching:  Individual 360 degree leadership assessment,
executive coaching, and intersession assignments.
Training Seminars: Advanced seminars combining theoretical,
experiential, and practical lessons.

Action Projects:  Strategic planning and problem solving through the implementation of an Action Project that addresses an organizational
systemic need.

Peer-based Learning Communities support and advance each Fellow's learning and experiences.
