Admissions and Eligibility

The NELI Certificate program is open to executive directors and senior managers from all disciplines from the public and nonprofit sectors. The NELI Program is currently seeking a class of men and women who are executive directors and senior staff, or ascendant leaders within their agencies.  Ascendant leaders are defined as individuals who are being groomed to take on organizational leadership responsibilities.

Admission is selective and applicants are accepted on a rolling basis.  We encourage those interested to apply early. Applications must be accompanied by a letter of recommendation using the nomination form.

Total tuition for participation is $5,500.

Session III: September 24-25 (Two Days):              Human Resource Management, Delegating For Staff Development, Assesing Organizational Performance,           and Cultural Competency  

Session IV: November 12, 13 (Two Days)                        Legal and Ethical Issues For Leaders, Building Strategic Alliances
