So what exactly is Large Group?

We meet together once a week for Large Group, every Wednesday from 7:30-8:00 in the Quita Woodward Room (in Thomas Great Hall).  Usually about 20-25 Bryn Mawr ladies turn up.

Large Group is a great time to meet other people in a relaxed, low-pressure situation.  

We start off with a time of worship through song and prayer.  We aim to combine worship styles of different cultures and denominations: we want everyone to worship in the way that they can feel most connected to God, even as our experiences are enriched by other types of worship.

Next there are announcements of upcoming events and fun activities.  Then a speaker introduces a topic connected to our vision for the year, and sometimes we break up into small groups for discussion or questions.

Every once in a while we'll have a special event on campus or even an off-campus retreat, so check the schedule to make sure there is Large Group before you show up!
