What is a Small Group? A Small Group is...well...a small group of people, a small and open community of women who gather in the dorms to care for each other, find out what God has to say to us through the Bible, help each other as we seek to reach out to our friends, and generally do life together! Small groups are open to all, and it's fine to jump in at any point in the semester. Generally a small group meeting is about an hour and a half, and we spend time talking about our weeks, studying a small passage of the Bible (no prior experience required), talking about how it applies to our lives, and praying for each other. No pressure, and you won't be judged by how little or how much you know about the Bible, or any doubts or questions that you have. We want people to feel comfortable enough to be real with each other, just being themselves without having to pretend anything. Stop by and check one out!
Hey
guys! We try to divide up into Small Groups according to which
dorm we live in, but if it's easier for you to go to the Small Group in
another dorm, that's cool. Feel free to contact the leaders; you
can find their emails on facebook or on the Bryn Mawr site. But
here is the basic information.
