Reps: (see faceboard)
Dorm Reps for bringing concernsfo their respective
dorm to the attention of SGA at weekly meetings. DormReps are also
responsible for considering the concrerns of their dormmates when
called upon to vote at SGA meetings. They are also responsible forreporting
the goings-on of SGA at dorm meetings and posting minutes promptlyin
dorm bathrooms and on the dorm SGA board. |

The MALs' primary function is to represent the community
as a whole and to take the concerns for the community into consideration
when called upon to vote at SGA meetings. |

Haverford
Rep: Rachel Melby
The HC Rep is responsible for bringing the concerns
of the Bryn Mawr students living at Haverfordto SGA. She is to call
meetings of the Bryn Mawr students living at HCand must call at
least one meeting every semester. She shall attend HCStudent Council
meetings at her discretion and/or at the request of SGA. |

Off-Campus
Rep: None at Present
Is responsible for bringing the concerns of non-resident
Bryn Mawr students to SGA. She is responsible for calling meetings
of Bryn Mawr students living off-campus and must call at least one
such meeting each semester. |

McBride
Rep: Risa
Is responsible for the representationof the McBride
Scholar members at SGA. She must call and preside over atleast one
meeting of the McBride Scholars each semester. |
Class
Presidents:
Usually a pair, are responsible for all events for
their respective classes. They are responsible for calling meetings
of the members of their class and reporting concerns raised at the
meeting to SGA. This should happen at least once a semseter. |

Elections
Heads: Akudo Ejelonu
They are responsible for publicizing and running all
class and campus-wide elections. They act asa liason between the
Student Activities Office, Dorm President's Council, the Administration,
and SGA regarding student acivites. They also act asa liason between
SGA and all organizations funded by SGA, and in conjunction with
the Student Activities Office will publish an informational bookletabout
all SGA clubs and organizations. |

Residence
Council Heads:
Jen Sawyer and Laura Snyder
They are responsible for running Room Draw. They head
Residence Council Special Cases Committee, which presides over room-change
decisions. They shall act as a liason between Residence Council
(all Dorm Vice-Presidents and the Head of Residential Life) and
SGA. They serve as SGA's representative to the Committee on Buildings
and Grounds of the Board of Trustees. |

Committee
on Public Safety (COPS) Head:
Melissa Osorio
Calls and presides at regular meetings of the Committee
on Public Safety, meets regularly with the Administrative Head of
Public Safety, is the liaison between the Administrative Head of
Public Safety, the Committee on Public Safety, and the Assembly;
serves on the Residence Council, and shall, at her discretion, serve
as a liaison between the Assembly and the Department of Transportation.

Curriculum Committee Head:
Barb Litwinski
Serves on the Student-Faculty Undergraduate Curriculum
Committee. She is responsible for the recruiting of proctors for
self-scheduled exams. She convenes the first meeting ofthe Majors
Coucil (includes Senior Major Reps for each department on campus).
She serves as a liaison between the Student-Faculty Curriculum Committee,
the Student Curriculum Committee, and SGA. |

Traditions
Mistresses:
Katrina Magdol and Hedya Aryani
Organize, execute, and perpetuateall traditions of
Bryn Mawr College. They are responsible for organizing the election
of the Freshmen Class Songsmistress during Customs Week. They can
petition SGA, if interest has been expressed, to discontinue, modify,
or create a new tradition. |

Trustees
Rep:
Neta Borshansky (Senior) and Megan Hill (Junior)
Responsible for representing the concerns of the
undergraduate community at meetings of the Board of Trustees.
The Trustees Reps shall serve as the liasions between the Board
of Trustees, its committees, and SGA.

Are responsible for attending faculty meetings and
representing the undergraduate community at said meetings.She is
responsible for the communication between the faculty, its committees,
and SGA. |

Plan Social Activities on campus. |

Athletic
Association Representative: Millie Bond
Attends all Athletic Association meetings, represents
Athletics at SGA meetings |

Community
Service and Activism Representative:
Sural Shah
Works with the Service Council, and oversees the dispersement
of the Community Service Transportation monies with the Student
Finance Committee. |
