Philosophy Club

Ever ask questions such as:
Are we living in a Matrix?
What makes us human?
What is love?

To discuss these questions and more, come to a philosophy club dinner
discussion! Majors, non majors, those new to philosophy, Haverford
students; all are welcome. If you can't stay for the whole time, come for
a part! We're friendly and interested in what you have to say. You're eating dinner anyway; why not add side dish of thoughtful conversation?

Mondays at Erdman, 5:45-6:45 PM.

The philosophy club:
-Meets weekly to discuss ideas
-Promotes Bryn Mawr/Haverford philosophy departments and events
-Organizes trips to other events such as the GPPC (Greater Philadelphia Philosophy Consortium) Undergraduate Conference
-Promotes and encourages undergraduate involvement in philosophy in academia
-Encourages thought for everyone, regardless of major.

Our conversations make connections with:
art, biology, literature, physics, mathematics, history, chemistry, languages, religions, sociology, anthropology, psychology . . . and more.
