Interim Professor of Physics

Until recently, Daniel J. Cross was a graduate student in physics at Drexel University. His research interests include the Topological aspects of Nonlinear Dynamics and Group Theoretical methods in physics. He has also been known to dabble with Mach's Principle of Inertia. He is a four time award winning Teaching Assistant in Department of Physics at Drexel. He has served as computer system administator for the Astrophysics group and as the webmaster for the Drexel Physics webpage. When he has time, he also maintains the Nonlinear Dynamics and Low Temperature Physics Group pages. In the fall of 2010, he joined the Physics Department of Bryn Mawr College.

He obtained his undergraduate degrees in physics and mathematics from Cedarville University, a small Christian liberal arts school in the middle of a corn field in Ohio. He obtained his masters in Physics from Drexel in 2005 and completed his Ph.D. in August of 2010.
