We are pleased to welcome you the College and want to make your prospective trip run as smoothly as possible.

Accepting Your Invitation to Campus

Please complete the following steps to officially begin the guest invitation process.

1.    Download and Complete the International Guest Data Form.

 

2.    Attach the completed document to an email and send to

Glacier: The College's Tax Compliance Software

Eligibility for any payment from Bryn Mawr College is contingent upon what U.S. immigration law permits for your visa type. After your Glacier documentation is complete, it will be verified by the Office of International Programs and any agreed-upon payments permitted by your visa type will be processed by your host department. Of course, only payments permitted by your visa type will be issued.

Expense and Reimbursement Policies

As a Guest of the College your are subject to the College's policies concerning expenses and reimbursements: Please note the following:

• The College requires you to book the most economical means of transport.
• Detailed receipts are required for all purchases.
• The College does not create same day checks.
