Emeritus Faculty

The College confers emeritus status upon eligible, retiring faculty.  Emeritus status is an earned rank and as such entitles its holders to certain campus privileges.  

The Board of Trustees, upon the recommendations of the Provost and President, officially confer the distinction upon eligible faculty. 

Emeritus faculty members are important members of the College's scholarly and campus community.  The College is committed to fostering an active, ongoing relationship with and among emeritus faculty.
