    LEAVES
    Leave reports and applications are due in the Office of the Provost as follows:
    • October 15: Report on leave taken in Semester II of the prior academic year
    • November 15: Application for leave for the next academic year
    • February 15: Report on leave taken in semester I of the current academic year

    FACULTY AWARDS AND GRANTS
    For general information, see the
    Grants website. Deadlines for submitting proposals are:

    • September: for NEH summer stipends
    • January: for Faculty Awards and Grants

    TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENTS
    Requests for travel reimbursements may be submitted for processing at any time to Anna Canavan, Office of the Provost. No requests will be accepted after May 10 of a given academic year.

    FULL PROFESSORIAL REVIEWS
    Faculty members scheduled for a full professorial review will be notified on or about September 1. The dossier is due in the Provost's Office on March 21.

    MERIT REVIEWS
    Faculty members scheduled for a merit review will be notified on or about September 1. The dossier is due in the Provost's Office on March 21.

    APPOINTMENT/REAPPOINTMENT SCHEDULES

    REQUESTS FOR ADDITIONAL TENURE TRACK POSITIONS
    The Committee on Academic Priorities (CAP) deadline is October 1

    REQUESTS FOR INTERIM FACULTY APPOINTMENTS
    These are due at the same time as the next year's budget request is due.

    CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT
    Proposals may be made at any time; see the guidelines. Submission by March 31 assures consideration for available funding for the subsequent academic year.

    COURSE GUIDE/SCHEDULING DEADLINES

  • Changes for semester I courses are due in the Registrar's Office August 1, 2007.
  • Changes for semester II courses are due in the Registrar's Office October 5, 2007.
  • Proposals for the subsequent year's curriculum are due in the Registrar's Office on March x, 2008.

    Meetings are held on Wednesdays from 4:15 pm to 6:00 pm. in Wyndham House, Ely Room Refreshments are available beginning at 4:00. The meeting begins promptly at 4:15. The meeting dates for 2007-08 are:
