Online Housing Bulletin Board contains local housing listings for sale or rental by members of the Bryn Mawr Community. Properties listed must be owned by members of the college community (including area colleges and the Tri-Co Commnuity).

Bryn Mawr faculty may utilize various available resources to look for long or short term housing available in the town of Bryn Mawr and its neighboring areas.
You can also look for properties using real estate agents. The College has a preferred vendor relationship with two local agencies.
Using a licensed agent to purchase real estate has many benefits. Your agent would search through properties listed in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and set up times for your to view the property. You would enters into a Buyer Agency Contract to establish representation and the real estate commission is paid by the landlord to the agency that puts up the house for sale as well as to the agent that represents the buyer.
