Bryn Mawr Now is the Public Affairs Office's weekly online newsletter covering events at the College. Each Thursday when a new issue is posted at www.brynmawr.edu/news, about 2,500 people are notified by e-mail, and other visitors check the page regularly for news or subscribe to its RSS feed. Headlines for the College's homepage and the faculty, staff and parent gateways are drawn from Bryn Mawr Now.

- Think ahead! Bryn Mawr Now is published each Thursday. The final deadline for submissions is one week prior to publication, and earlier is better. If you submit an event on Thursday and aren't available to talk to a reporter and review copy within the next few days, your story still might not make it in if crucial information is missing. Events that are submitted substantially in advance of publication time are likely to get more prominent placement than events submitted at the last minute.
- Include all the relevant information. Remember the basics: who, what, when, where and why.
- Don't forget the contact info. Give the name, phone number and e-mail address of someone who can answer questions about the event.
