General Information

What We Do

The Registrar's Office maintains the permanent academic records of all students. In addition, the Registrar's office is responsible for academic registration, classroom scheduling, issuing official transcripts, transfer credit, certifications of enrollment, ordering diplomas and producing the Course Guide.

The Registrar's Office also prepares cases for review by the Undergraduate Academic Council and enforces the Faculty Rules and the stated policies and procedures of the Undergraduate Academic council and Curriculum Committee. The Registrar's Office complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) and maintains student privacy requests.

Virtual Bryn Mawr is a secure site, available to all current Bryn Mawr students, which provides student access to academic records. Virtual Bryn Mawr is also available to current faculty giving access to class rosters and grading. Instructions are available at Virtual Bryn Mawr Quick Tour.
