The Registrar's Office is responsible for scheduling classrooms for all semester-long and quarter-long usages. Faculty may request a change of room by emailing to Jennifer Hawkes, Assistant Registrar. We try to accomidate professor's classroom needs. If we cannot schedule your class into your first choice, we are often able to find equivlent rooms.
Requests for classrooms should be placed during curriculum planning in the Spring and should be entered by your Department Administrative Assistant.
Multimedia Services maintains a comprehensive list of the technological equipment available in each classroom, which can be helpful in both planning class syllabi and in requesting specific classrooms for courses.
For occasional usage, classrooms are scheduled through Conferences and Events.
