Conflict Management Services includes a number of programs designed to support the student community in dealing with conflict resolution. We believe in productive conflict as a staple of our self-governed community and as a core component of the Honor Code. CMS programs promote effective communication and relationship-building within the framework of personal responsibility and initiative. Student Conflict Coaches provide a confidential structure in which those experiencing conflict may work toward their own resolutions. We believe in the power of positive conflict and the opportunities for growth that conflict provides.
There are other services available to help with conflict resolution. For more information, or to learn how to become a Conflict Coach, visit the Conflict Management Services webpage.
