Any deadlines are listed on the Room Draw Calendar. If you have questions concerning the dates when forms must be submitted, refer to the Calendar or contact the Office of Residential Life in the Campus Center.
Students who believe they need modification of housing procedure due to limitations caused by a documented disability must contact Access Services in Canwyll House.
For additional information about Bryn Mawr’s Access Services or documentation requirements, please contact the Access Services coordinator, Stephanie Bell, at (610) 526-7351, or sbell@brynmawr.edu.
Bryn Mawr College is committed to providing equal access for all qualified students with disabilities in compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Reasonable accommodations are provided for qualified students who disclose a disability that causes substantial limitations in a college environment. Accordingly, the College will consider modifying housing arrangements, when appropriate, to help a student compensate for a disability or chronic medical condition that has a significant impact in a residential setting.
THE COLLEGE IS NOT OBLIGATED TO MAKE A MODIFICATION THAT SUBSTANTIALLY ALTERS AN ESSENTIAL ELEMENT OF A COURSE, PROGRAM, OR SERVICE.
