Housing Sign-Ups

Refer to  Room Draw Calendar for specific dates & times

  • Prior to Room Draw, all students should verify that they are listed in the correct class year.  Lists are posted in the Campus Center and  online.
  • All students (except McBrides) must complete a white Housing Agreement card at Housing Sign-ups in the Campus Center. This includes those students applying for hall groups, and multiple-occupancy rooms.
  • Anyone who can’t complete her own card should appoint a proxy to complete a card for her.
  • A student's (or her proxy's) failure to sign up will result in her name being placed at the bottom of the priority list for her class. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Students may not choose to move off campus at any other time during the year. Full room and board fees will be charged to any student who has not signed up for off campus housing. If special circumstances warrant a change of plans, you must receive permission from the Dean of the College.
