This course is designed for individuals considering a graduate degree in social work. Prospective students may have some work or volunteer experience in the social service field. Others may have no experience. The course provides an opportunity for students to learn the fundamental components of this field.

 

The curriculum includes presentations by current faculty on foundation courses including Practice, Policy, Human Behavior, Research for Social Work Practice, and Field Instruction. Using case presentations and selected agency visits, students will explore the various components of social work practice.

 

The cost for the program is $200.00. To reserve your place, register online for the program and then mail a deposit of $25.00 via check or money order to:
