Certificate Program for Home and School Visitor

Bryn Mawr’s Master of Social Services degree program includes an option to complete certification as a home and school visitor. The certification requires nineteen courses, eighteen of which may be completed within the Master of Social Service curriculum.  Individuals who have completed a master's program in social work or in a related field at Bryn Mawr or another institution may apply as non-matriculated students.  These students may also choose to apply for transfer credit for elective requirements.

A Declaration of Intent form is required by the Pennsylvania Department of Education and must be signed by the student and the student’s advisor.

The Bryn Mawr Certification Program for Home and School Visitor is approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
