The below information is intended for Field Instructors of our MSS Advanced Standing Students and MSS Students.

Fall 2012 - IMPORTANT  UPCOMING  FIELD EDUCATION DATES:

• May 28 - Memorial Day Holiday (no classes)
• June 4 - Advanced Standing Student Orientation and Prep for Practice
• June 7 - Advanced Standing Student First Day in Field Education
• Aug 17 - Advanced Standing Student Last Day in Field Education
• Aug 29 - Orientation for incoming MSS and PhD Students
• Aug 30 - MSS Student Preparation for Social Work Practice

  **Required of all students enrolled in first year practice classes-must attend one session, morning or evening 9:00-12:00 or 6:00-9:00 RSVP required.

• Sept 3 - Labor Day Holiday (no classes and no field)
• Week of Sept 4 - Field Education begins on regularly scheduled days
