Congratulations on your selection to receive summer funding!
There are several steps you must take in order for our office to process your summer payments:
(1) Accept or decline the internship funding by contacting Isabelle Barker, Director of Summer Funding. If you intend to do additional work for more than 10 hours per week during your internship placement, you must ask the Director for permission to do so. If you are to receive ANY amount of compensation from your internship site, you must inform this office.
(2) Complete an Internship Release Form (available by email from Isabelle Barker or in person from the Undergraduate Dean's Office, Taylor, 2nd floor), and submit to Isabelle Barker or Joann O'Doherty no later than FRIDAY, MAY 7, 2010.
(3) Arrange to have your internship sponsor complete and submit a Sponsor Confirmation Form, no later than FRIDAY, MAY 7, 2010.
THE ABOVE STEPS ARE REQUIRED FOR YOU TO RECEIVE SUMMER FUNDING IN A TIMELY FASHION.
