Although the Thorne School does not generally provide scholarship assistance, limited financial aid is available for both the preschool and kindergarten programs. The Susan E. Maxfield Fund, provided through the generosity of parents of former Thorne School children, provides limited financial aid for the preschool programs. At the Thorne Kindergarten, the Rocco L. Motto Memorial Scholarship fund is available for limited financial aid. Application for financial assistance must accompany application for admission.
Faculty and staff of Bryn Mawr and Haverford Colleges will have the $20.00 application fee waived.
Faculty and Staff of Bryn Mawr and Haverford Colleges are offered a tuition discount of 10%. They are also invited to apply for additional financial aid and will be considered along with other parent requests for scholarship assistance.
Bryn Mawr College employees may have their tuition paid through payroll deduction. Applications for payroll deduction are due by August 15th.
