How To Get Involved in the Teaching and Learning Initiative
Any continuing member of the Bryn Mawr College community may participate in a TLI program. Faculty members, staff members, undergraduate students, and graduate students are invited to apply.
The coordinators of the programs welcome applications and inquiries from faculty, students, and staff for existing opportunities, and we also welcome suggestions for the creation of new forums.

Faculty Members
Faculty members are invited to participate in
- Semester-long or half-semester faculty pedagogy seminars
- TLI2s (for those who have already participated in a faculty pedagogy seminar)
- Stand-alone Students as Learners and Teachers (SaLT) partnerships with undergraduate students
- Cross-classroom visits with other faculty members
- Summer course development/revision workshops
- Reciprocal teaching and learning partnerships with staff members or students
- The BMC Time Bank
