The Bryn Mawr College Fit Club encourages students, faculty and staff to strive for higher fitness and improved overall health through nutrition and fitness education. The purpose of Fit Club is to promote wellness and a healthy lifestyle while supporting a balanced community for students, faculty, and staff.

The Department of Athletics and Physical Education staff  organizes drop-in group exercise classes, and exercise and nutritional  updates. All full-time Bryn Mawr  students, faculty, and staff are eligible to participate in Fit Club programs at no cost.
