Application Information for Bryn Mawr Students: 2019-2020
Students interested in interested in this program must apply during the last year of UG study at Bryn Mawr (or having already graduated), by Nov. 1. All students will be notified of the outcome of their application no later than Dec. 15 of that same year. At that time, successful applicants will receive a conditional offer letter noting the terms of acceptance and this will reserve them a place in the master’s course chosen. A firm offer will be sent as soon as the degree certificate is received and any other conditions have been met.
Graduates from the U.S. are exempt from providing proof to meet the U.K. Visa and Immigration requirements and AU’s requirements for English language ability.
Students are required to bring to registration at Aberystwyth University a detailed and original official transcript/certificate of their prior study at Bryn Mawr.
All applicants are to apply via AU's online portal.
Students entering under this Agreement shall register as full-time AU students. They will follow the same rules and regulations as all other AU students, and have the same rights and entitlements. Any breach of these rules and regulations will be considered in accordance with AU’s written policies and procedures and on the same basis as other AU students. They should be fully aware of the policies relating to Unfair Practice and in particular plagiarism and the consequences to student.

M.Phil.: Entry requirement 2:1 Honours degree. There are a limited number of places available on Research Masters courses (M.Phil.) in a number of areas of discipline. Applications will be considered on a case by case basis.

Successful applicants from Bryn Mawr College will be awarded the Bryn Mawr College Masters Scholarship: 10 percent discount on the net tuition fee after the Aberystwyth International Scholarship (£2000) for each year of study at master's level.
All payments will be in British pounds in accordance with the Student Finance Regulations.
The tuition fee for new entrants to the AU Programmes will be reviewed annually.
