STEM at Bryn Mawr
Bryn Mawr College is ahead of the curve in STEM education across many categories.
- In the graduating classes of 2013‒15, 28% of Bryn Mawr degrees were in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics and related fields), which was 2.8 times the national average.
- In the Bryn Mawr graduating classes of 2013‒15, 17% of degrees awarded to Black women and 26% of degrees awarded to Latinas were in STEM, almost 3 times the national averages, respectively.
- In the Bryn Mawr graduating classes of 2013‒2015, 11% of the degrees awarded were in Mathematics, 14.6 times the national average for women.
