Help us get to know you better. Interviews are strongly recommended for each applicant, but not required (with the exception of homeschooled students and early admission applicants). The interview is used as part of our holistic review process to help us gain greater insight into you as an individual. Additionally, interviews can provide an opportunity to ask questions about Bryn Mawr in a more personal setting.
Please note: Students may complete only one interview. The Office of Admissions does not prefer one type of interview over another.
Interview Options
- On-campus Interview (not currently available)
- Skype Interview
Interview Deadlines
Interviews must be completed by the application plan deadline to which you applied.
- Early Decision I Applicants: Nov. 15
- Early Decision II and Regular Decision Applicants: Jan. 15
- Fall Transfer Applicants: March 1
- Transfer/McBride Students: March 1
Due to the volume of interview requests for Regular Decision, all on-campus and Skype interviews for that application plan must be requested by Dec. 15 and completed by Jan. 15.
Transfer/McBride students should email admissions@brynmawr.edu to request an interview in early February.
Important Note for Applicants in China:
Because of the volume of requests, Bryn Mawr cannot accommodate alumnae or Skype interviews in China. As an alternative, you may arrange an interview with InitialView. We realize there is a cost for this service. While interviews are strongly encouraged, they are not required.
