Election Day Shuttle
Tuesday, November 3, 11:00 am - 8:00 pm, Goodhart Hall


The Career & Civic Engagement Center is offering free rides for BMC student voters to our polling place located at Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church.

Students can board the shuttle at Goodhart Hall--please remember to bring your College ID, wear your mask, and practice social distancing.

Staff from the Center will be on hand to answer questions and offer assistance.

Light the Night
November 3-6, ongoing, Senior Row, Merion Green


As we move through this night and all the challenges surrounding our communities and world, we remember that WE CAN BRING LIGHT TO THE NIGHT.  Write your hopes, wishes, and fears on a card and hang them under the lights as we wait together through this night and the weeks ahead.

Post-Election De-Stressing Craftivity: Make Your Own 'Calm Down Jar'

Writing Your Elected Officials Virtual Workshop
Wednesday, November 11, 7:00-8:00 pm on Zoom

No matter what the outcome of the election, your voice is important! Join Emily Shein from the College Writing Center and Civic Engagement Student Coordinators for a workshop to develop the skills necessary to write persuasive and impactful letters to your elected officials.

Resources & Support

Impact Center Presents: Hope, Fear, Rage, And Resilience (A Virtual Interfaith Service for the Eve of the Election)
November 2, 7:00 pm on Zoom

A moment of song, prayer, and reflection the night before election day. This service will be designed to give voice to our internal experience, to express our commitment to justice and the work it entails irrespective of the election outcome, and to share our dreams for what the world ought to and can look like. 

Hope, Fear, Uncertainty: How Does the U.S. Election Impact You?
November 2, 8:00 pm and November 4, 11:00 am

For International Students: These special sessions will give international students the opportunity to ask questions and be provided support for concerns regarding the election. Email Patti Lausch to register to attend a session.

Impact Center Presents: Art in Response
November 3-8, Dorms and Across Campus

Whether in your dorm or outdoors, supplies will be available for painting, drawing, tearing, crumpling, building — responding!

Weekly Meditation Session
November 5, 7:00-7:30pm

A brief guided meditation. All are encouraged to join, regardless of meditation experience--from routine meditators to beginners, all are welcome!
