Faculty and graduate students who would like to engage in library research over the summer can email their requests for materials by May 25 to email@example.com, or contact Provost Mary Osirim directly by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Summer Laboratory Research
Faculty and graduate students in STEM who choose voluntarily to work on campus this summer, following all public health guidelines, should inform department chairs of their plans, including a general timetable of when they will likely be in your labs, no later than Friday, May 29. Department chairs will submit these requests to the provost.
All graduate students have access to the Health Center. All visits to see a nurse and physician are free for students on the Bryn Mawr College health insurance plan. For students not on Bryn Mawr College health insurance, the fees are posted on the Health Center website.
Please call health center before any visit, especially if you suspect a COVID-19 infection.
Coverage under the Bryn Mawr College plan is discussed at this link. See special section related to COVID-19 at left. Students may also contact the BMC health insurance broker representative Tim Cummons by email at email@example.com.
In addition, Cassie Gates and Clare Rasmussen are happy to assist anyone with navigation of the health insurance website.
