Bryn Mawr is engaged in a multi-year effort to build equity and inclusion across the College by addressing institutional and structural bias. Many students, faculty, and staff are actively engaged in the work to make Bryn Mawr a place where each community member feels like they belong and their contributions are valued and affirmed. Students’ advocacy and collaborative spirit have been important influences in these changes.
President Cassidy circulated her draft framework of priorities and projects for 2019-2020 in September 2019. A report on the year's activities and outcomes was shared in summer 2020.
Planning is underway for the draft framework for 2020-2021, and community members are invited to share suggestions for priorities and projects at community forums in summer 2020.
