Options for Payment
eChecks for one-time payments (QuikPAY) (U.S. Banks Only)
Only BMC students and authorized parents, guardians, or sponsors (payers), will be able to make payments electronically through the online payment system (QuikPAY). If you would like to make an eCheck payment, please note that only U.S. bank accounts are acceptable.
Credit cards also accepted for one-time payments (QuikPAY)Both U.S. and International account numbers are accepted. MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Visa cards are not accepted at this time. A 2.75% service fee will apply. This fee is not charged by Bryn Mawr College. The charge will be reflected as a separate transaction on your credit card statement.Credit cards may be used to pay tuition, fees or room and board via the College’s electronic billing and payment processor, Nelnet Business Solutions (NBS).
To pay by conventional check:
Payment by paper check should be in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank, payable to Bryn Mawr College. Do not post date checks. Be sure to include student ID number on the check.

Bryn Mawr’s official method for sending student account billing statements (eBill) is done via our third-party on-line processor, Nelnet Business Solution (NBS). NBS supports several of Bryn Mawr's billing and payment options including one-time ePayments for student accounts via (QuikPAY), and eCashier for the Automatic Monthly Payment Plan. Both may be accessed through your student account in BIONIC.
