The Bryn Mawr Fund helps to meet the full cost of faculty and academic programming, fund student financial aid, and keep the lights on. It also provides critical support for unanticipated expenses that arise—especially this year. With the help of the more than 700 donors who made new or increased gifts to The Bryn Mawr Fund since December 1, we met the generous Match for a Million in February, ensuring that our faculty, students, and campus can continue teaching, learning, and growing. Thank you!
During the most recently completed fiscal year 2020 (June 1, 2019 through May 31, 2020), more than 5,000 Bryn Mawr Fund donors helped to surpass our budgeted goal and raise over $6.4 million to support the College’s budget, providing the flexibility to use this support where it’s needed most throughout the year. Special thanks to our 2020 Reunion classes who raised over $1.4 million.
One of the roles of The Bryn Mawr Fund is to serve as the College's emergency fund – this year, and every year. It is critical to providing essential financial stability and resources for our students and the Bryn Mawr community.
The collective impact of our donors is vital to funding the most important needs of the College and its students, including financial aid and academic programming. By continuing your support year after year, as donors in our Archways Society do, you ensure that a Bryn Mawr education remains second to none.
