The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for the Associate Dean of Health and Wellness and Directors of Counseling and Medical Services in our very busy Health and Wellness Center. The responsibilities include maintaining calendars, billing, monitoring budgets, completing monthly expense reports, ordering supplies, facilitate meetings and events, prepare letters, memos and other correspondence. The AA will also serve as back up receptionist when needed.
This is a part time position at 25 hours per week.
Three to five years of experience as an administrative assistant is required. Experience in an academic setting is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is required. College degree is preferred.
