DIRECTOR of ADMINISTRATIVE services
Bryn Mawr College seeks a collaborative and results-driven leader to serve as its Director of Administrative Services. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Administrative Services will work closely with other administrators, faculty, and students in support of the continued successful operations of the dining services program, the bookstore, the mail room, transportation services, and the conferences and events functions. In addition, the role will have responsibility for managing the College insurance program and assist in institutional risk mitigation work. As a core member of the Finance and Administration leadership team, the Director of Administrative Services is also expected to understand the College’s budgets and finances and provide research, analysis and input on issues that impact the financial health of the organization.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years’ work experience, preferably within higher education or in a similar non-profit environment. A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or other advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
