Lise Reno first became acquainted with LILAC in 2017 working as an assistant with the Leadership Learning Laboratory. Lise joined Civic Engagement in January 2018 to coordinate field placements for Praxis Independent Study students. She supports students, faculty and community partners in the development and implementation of field work experiences.
Prior to joining Bryn Mawr, Lise worked with non-profits that address issues of reproductive and sexual health, economic self-sufficiency and early childhood social and health programs. Her experience includes advocacy, policy analysis, and program management. Lise has been active on many boards and has especially enjoyed that mission-driven work.
Lise completed the dual Master of Social Service and Master of Law and Social Policy program at Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research and received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at Earlham College.
Lise enjoys mountain sports, travel, reading, podcasts and fiber arts. She and her husband have two children and live in Swarthmore.
